Justin Timberlake’s ’20/20 Experience’ Tops Lil Wayne’s ‘IANHB2′

Justin Timberlake‘s 20/20 Experience continues its chart dominance, scoring the No. 1 album sales spot for the second week, edging out Lil Wayne‘s I Am Not A Human Being II, which debuted at No. 2.

Lil Wayne’s IANHB2 sold 217,500 albums in its first week, besting his 2010 effort I Am Not A Human Being by nearly 100,000.
Timberlake’s 20/20 comeback album sold 968,000 in his first-week, just shy of the solo artist’s First-Week Milli club, which includes Wayne’s 2008 blockbuster disc Tha Carter III.
After several days of being in the news for health risks, industry insiders projected Wayne’s first-week numbers would land at around 210,000, which was close to his actual sales.
While Timberlake was a member of ‘N Sync, which sold more than a million copies of Celebrity,  as a solo artist he has missed the mark. Artists that hit the million mark since SoundScan began recording in 1991, include Eminem (The Eminem Show, The Marshall Mathers LP) Taylor Swift (Speak Now, Red) Garth Brooks (Double Lives) Britney Spears (Oops…I Did It Again) Nora Jones (Feels Like Home) Usher (Confessions) and 50 Cent (The Massacre).
